The duo saw a shift in society’s perception of working and Fosbury & Sons is a new renaissance for those unable to draw the line between work and life.
”We set out to create a new kind of workplace, one that values the humanity of the people within its walls. But, more than that we wanted to create a space that no longer catered for an outdated view on work”.
The results achieve just that, an office for individuals, start-up’s, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and companies large and small, a place to collaborate, celebrate and learn from one another – a place to come together and a place to be apart.
Fosbury & Sons take their name from Dick Fosbury, the legendary athlete who changed the world of high jump competition. Like Dick Fosbury, the team at Fosbury & Sons have aimed to rethink something that is conventional, to innovate in the redesign of the work environment to better suit the needs of today’s workers.
The co-working environment is the antidote to the office of the past, breaking the mould of traditionally organised workplaces and a departure from the rigid mentality of workplaces with accents of 60’s design and structure.
